If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your towing or repairs, we would like to help resolve it to your satisfaction.  Please follow the return/refund steps below within 30 days of the date of service and we will be glad to help you. 

1. Contact our Return/Refund department to explain your complaint or concern at (575) 461-2316. Make sure to obtain the name of the person you speak with and a return authorization number (ROA).

2. If the request is related to an incorrect or defective part that was replaced as part of your service, please return the incorrect or defective part to the address below. Please include your invoice or work order number, ROA, and current contact information.

3. If the part is found to be defective, we will submit the part for warranty replacement/refund (if applicable), however labor is non-refundable.  If your part is found to be incorrect, we will issue a partial or full refund for labor.  Refunds will not be issued is the part has been tampered with or disassembled.

NOTE: All Return/Refunds must be processed within 30 days. Any defective/incorrect parts must be returned and received to the above address before a return/refund can be issued. Any credit card chargebacks will not be valid unless the above steps are followed within the specified 30 day period.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge until the validity of the return is established.

A copy of this policy is provided to you upon payment of invoice and is also clearly posted in our customer lobby.  We will gladly fax or a email an additional copy upon request.
